This Chinese guy came to the US for a tour. He liked it so much that he came
back again the following year.
One day, while he was shopping, he realized that he needed some more US
currency. So went to a bank to exchange for some. But he had to pay more for the
same amount of US dollar than the year before. So, he complained to the bank
teller and demanded to know why.
The bank teller said, "Sir, that's because of fluctuations."
The Chinese guy yelled back, "Fluct you Asians? Fluct you Americans,
too, then!"
